The Exclusive Eastern Free State Family Event

The Organisers

The Clarens Klipkouer Trust is the event organising body and the funds generated will be used under the auspices of the Ned Geref Kerk Clarens for underfunded, critical community projects.

We want you to experience the amazing splendour of the mountains and valleys around Clarens and to share that with someone special. We want to show you the secret back roads that few have ever seen and take you to new heights – literally!

We have created an outdoor event to challenge you away from the mundane, paved roads of the urban jungle. It’s not a race. It’s a challenge to let you interact with your vehicle, the road and the wild outdoors. We think you might have a little adrenalin rush…

There are separate routes for each vehicle type: 4x4 off-road vehicles, quadbikes and off-road motorcycles. There is also a special track for children on quads, bikes and buggies. The routes can be completed within 4 to 8 hours, depending on your driving/riding style.

The start and finish for all participants is the farm Memiesrust, on the R712 between Clarens and Bethlehem. Food, beverages, amenities and services will be based here. Ample secure parking is available.
